"Sorry about that Chief" or Where to Ride 10/17

Sometimes the weather in Utah is like a gusty 3.2 day, you just
know you can get out there and rip it up, but then you get spanked
silly. So it went with the Forecast last weekend where I not only went
0 for 2, but actually miscast Sunday so badly that UL was blowing
South when I got there at 1:30. ARRRRGHHHHHH!

So also, just like that next 3.2 day, I'm back for another spank sesh
of weather prognostication, albeit with much groveling and humility,
but you might just wanna consult your Ouija Board.

Looks like another Deercreeker today, with wind starting around 2 PM
in the 8.5 range. Still warm so get it while you can.

North flow looks to return Weds or Thursday,

-Craig

It's not your fault

Craig,
When UWA starts paying you for your opinion, then you can berate yourself when it's not correct. Your forcast has been a great service to the club but everyone should take the responsibility for their own decisions. Now if you'd encouraged ME to go sail Mona, instead of painting my house, it would be a diffrent story! What can they expect from a former Emu sighter? Hey tell the truth...you're only in it for the beer.

Hey Craig, absolutely no need for apology. You've been right almost every time this year. Even this time you warned us that the front stalled. I'll tell you what sucks though, when you go to the Gorge and you leave us to guess on our own. Speaking of emues, as Vern and I were packing up in the dark at ULSSB last week, this big dark thing ran by along the edge of the water. Vern thought it looked like a bear. It looked like a buffalo to me.

There are African (hold your tongue and say that) Water Buffalo down there.
One night when we were packing up,
they were headed towards Kenny,
then they went out into the water so far
that all we could see was thier necks and head.
Some rancher down there has some other exotic animals.
I chased something that looked like an Emu, down that road one day,
No B.S. Somewhere I have a photo.
I'll try to find it and post it.

Just for further clarification, here's a link to the animal that Craig claims to have spoted at Rush. Anyone for the Burning Man get together?
