His enthusiasm is unmatched in our small, but tight-knit kite community. Winter or summer. I am sure he will represent us well. Thanks Peter!!!

Rick I would like to add what I believe will be a even better formate next year for the Utah Windriders Best of the Best Awards for both windsurfing and kiteboarding.
