I'm heading down that direction for the weekend for some family
fuction. can anyone tell me if Mohave is ridable this time of year and were to
ride and how to get there.

Have you checked the forecast on the weather page? It is going to blow hard tomorrow at Mojave!

I have only kited 6-mile Cove and that was year's ago. You can get the 411 by doing a little searching on kite forum.com and the internet. Yes, it is rideable and can be very good.

Those type of family activities only increase the crazy perception others have of small town (Nephi) Utah,,ha

I'm not sure why "family funtion" sparked such contravercy , I'll have to shake my head on that one for a while.
Anyways, Mohave was gusting well into the 40's thursday friday and tapered off saturday.
I saw a few semi trucks blown over on the way in so I decided to BBQ, golf and some other
taboo family activities for the weekend.
