Riding Lindon on a north wind

What are your thoughts on riding Linden on in North? I didn't have time for Lincoln beach today, which is probably where most were – or rush. So I stopped by Linden beach and the wind seemed about 12 m wind and fairly smooth. but no one else was there and I didn't relish the idea of a solo launch and land on that beach. Even though I have solod before there is not much margin for error on that beach. What are your thoughts?

You do downwind you are royally screwed. That launch sucks in general, but on a north? No thanks.

I have had two good sessions at Lindon on a north day. Both were on very westerly north wind. The swell there is great, but the launch can be a little sketchy when flying solo because of the fire remnants, and pavilions, and rocks. Lindon gets a little bit of a bad rap in the community, but I always have fun when I ride there.
