The Upper Atmosphere flow is still Northerly. WIndsurfers might get some gusty J-Bay
rides (Jordanelle) from 2 to 6 PM in the 8.5 range. Still a chance for some late afternoon
early evening Kite board action with huge Kites (17M or bigger) on the South end of UL.
Tomorrow looks windless.
So does Tuesday.
