There is a very tight gradient up in the NW corner of the state, and some really nasty looking cells
with a lot of moisture in them, and that whole mess is actually moving from East to West (which is
atypical) so I'm recommending you just stay off the water today, because it will be erratic and wild'
where there is wind. If skies clear, and that low pressure
wobbles back to a motion of West to East, then DC would be good, but if you go anywhere, keep
a weather eye on the horizon, because gnarly t-heads could pop anywhere.

Tomorrow and Tuesday look rainy, cool and none too windy.
