Hey Donna,

It was an unusually cold and rainy spring up here this year, but there was plenty of wind albeit gusty.
Summer has been a little more tame than usual with a lot more 5.5 sail material than 3.7, but
I've ridden all my gear from 6.7 to 3.7. The river (much as last year) is still really high, and the
current is stiff (and cold at 61 degrees), even at Doug's and the Hatchery. We tried to sail at
The Wall over Memorial, and I'll bet the current was close to 8 Knots, so a strange sailing
experience for sure. I think the odd conditions have kept the crowds down though. There
have only been a couple of days when parking was an issue (and yesterday was one of them).

We're headed into a light wind hot spell for the next 2 days, Sunday may be totally windless,
but there's always the coast. Monday looking good for wind in the corridor again.
