Craig's Where to Ride 3/21

WIndy and Warm today. It looks like 5.5 at Grantsville right now, and it should get better until about 1 PM.
I think it'll probably stay up enough to plane PM, but figure on moving up at least a meter from the AM rides.
Rush is in the 12M Kite range now, but should see strong gusty South winds by PM maybe dipping down to 7Ms
and again don't forget it's really shallow out there. I doubt Utah Lake will get going before 1 or 2 PM, so Kiters might try The Harbor, or Lindon, or Lincoln, or SSB (if there's room to launch) with 15- 12m Kites. MM19 is
looking like 6.5 from about 3 till 6 PM for Windsurfers. Mona will have similar wind to MM19 in the late afternoon. Willard should get going late afternoon for planable rides also.

Sunday looks like cold rainy planable North rides PM. With so much West I'd take a 15M kite to UL rather than Rush. Probably better Kiting towards the more Northeastern launches. Windsurfers should look to Saratoga Springs Park for 7.5 rides from 3 to 6 PM

Monday, even colder with rain/snow, but similar planable conditions on North winds at UL. Think life threatening cold if you go out.
