Skyline may or may not have rideable snow, but it really doesn't matter on Monday as the chance of wind is slight.
Tuesday looks like wind in the 10 mph range at Skyline. May find riding at high elevation spots in the Wasatch.
Wednesday looks like the wind returns to Skyline.
