Craig's Where to Ride 7/19

Sulfur still the best bet today and looking pretty good for 5/10M conditions from Noon
till 6 PM. The DC predictor is up this AM, but there are no other sources indicating a good
DC day so I'm thinking gusty 8.5/16 around 3PM and probably better by the dam. There's
also a good chance at a Lincoln Beach DInner sesh 6-9PM in the 14M range, but with
a lot of West in the North for gustier than usual conditions.

Tomorrow looks like nada to me, but ......

Weds looks like potential for a strong South wind, so figure planable Grants AM, gusty
DC PM, and Sulfur PM.
