Today does not look promising. If the high pressure would just move back
over Nevada, I think we'd see some North at UL, but that hasn't been happening this season.
Maybe some planable puffs at DC around 3 PM in the 8.5/16 range for a couple of hours.
Tomorrow, pure DC thermal in the 8.5/16M range late afteroon.
Weds, more planable DC.
