DC looks like the best chance today. Look for 8/16M conditions up there from 2 until 6, with
possible interruptions from T-heads.
Tomorrow, a shot at a Lincoln beach dinner sesh in the 14M range until dusk, and still potential
for lingering T-heads.
Thursday, more planable DC conditions PM.
