DC looks like the best call for 8.5/17M conditions. Look for that a little earlier around 1 PM, and
it'll probably deteriorate by 4 or 5 PM. There's a slim chance for a 16M dinner sesh at Lincoln, but
I'd watch the indicators before I went out there. Pineview probably has a couple of hours of 16M
conditions mid day, and the Rush valley will blow 16M North conditions 2-5.
Tomorrow, and Sunday look like planable PM conditions at DC and Rush.
Monday looks like a windy day for South wind locations.
