11/16 Where to Ride???

We have differing opinions on the quality of the snowpack at Skyline. Today, there is not going to be a whole lot of wind so I would not bother.

Thursday there will be good wind and rocky, hard, wind-blown surface conditions.

Friday and Saturday promises some much needed snow.

Personally, I am not going to bother going to Skyline until the conditions are better. Last year, I bruised my sacrum from coming down hard on a rock in the early season. It took a few months to heal. In retrospect, it wasn't worth injuring myself for subpar conditions.
