It still cold, and there's little wind on the (liquid) lakes. A Northerly jet and thermal might
get a 17M kite going at Rush between 1 and 3, but the smart money is probably on Skyline.
I'll let Kenny comment on that.
Tomorrow, similar low winds on the lakes, but warming.
Thursday, potential for a thermal chiller at DC.
