3/18 Craig's Where to Freeze

It's cold out there, but if you want to brave the 45 degree air temps this afternoon, I think there's a good
shot at pretty steady wind at Rush in the 7.5/15M range starting around Noon. Some potential for
North wind at Ul launches also, but I think I might stick to the more Northern launches (Saratoga Springs Park
for Windsurfers, and maybe somewhere near the Boat Harbor for Kiters) look for some 1PM 8/16M conditions
for a couple of hours.

Tomorrow, DeerCreek 8/16, mid day for an hour or 2 max air temps 50.

Thursday, and approaching front gets grantsville going AM , and ups the velocity at DC
a little for afternoon planers. Air temps low 50s.
