Craig's Memorial Day Light winder

Best bet today is Sulfur for gusty light 7M sails. DC also has thermal potential for 8/16M conditions
around 2PM.

Tomorrow, PM 7/14 at DC and Sulfur

Weds, winds honk hard at Sulfur, and strong a DC, Mona, Willard, and maybe UL.
