The front hasn't quite past Northern Utah yet, so DC should get some wind today.
I'm thinking noon until 3 or 4 look for 8/16M conditions up there. Sulfur Creek with
6M sail conditions 1 until 5. It may be too late for the Dusk UL sesh in the 8/16M range.
Tomorrow looks like Sulfur Creek PM in the 6M sail range, and then a UL dinner sesh in the 8/16M range.
Monday looks windless.
