7/21 Craig's Hot and Desperate

Desperation planable puffs in the 9/18M range are probably the best you
can hope for at DC today from 2 until 5. The thermal support is there, but
the overnight temp was pretty high. Don't count on much.

Tonmorrow, windless and hot.

Tuesday a slim chance for plnabale DC conditions.
