Aviation weather shows a SW spike at UL around 6PM in the 6/12M range for about an hour,
and every time I've seen the model like that it's been wrong, but... that is your best chance today.
Just be ready to bolt when you see the Provo meter go double digits.

Saturday, maybe some planable late North wind at UL.
