Wind doesn't look very promising today. A slim chance for 9/18 on a light thermal
at Dc and best down by the dam is about all that's possible.
Tomorrow, 6/12M conditions at Sulfur Creek PM and a 7/14M dinner sesh at UL
Monday, even better West wind at Sulfur and a slightly stronger Dinner sesh at UL.
