Pretty muted winds today, but there is hope for planers at UL and DC. Despite the prevailing Northerly winds
I think DC has a chance for 8/16M conditions from 1 until 4 on a thermal. UL with left over 8/16M North winds
from 5 until 7. Mid 60s air temps
Tomorrow iffy 8/16M conditions at DC PM. Low 70s air temps
Thursday look for much stronger winds at DC, Willard, and Sulfur Creek (brrrr).
