A limp but planable thermal is your best bet today for near area wind at DC in the 8/16M range
starting around 2 and lasting until 5. Air temps in the low 60s up there. Sulfur Creek with 6/12M
conditions Noon until 4. Air temps low 50s at Sulfur.
Tomorrow, Grantsville 7M AM followed by gusty DC 7/14M conditions PM and copious cloud cover
as the day gets into the afternoon. Air temps at DC in the low 60s again.
Weds looks like a pretty good Dinner sesh at UL.
