Grantsville looked good this AM, but that's just about over. DC should
provide some gusty cool rides in the 7/14 M range from 1 until 6.
Tomorrow, Grantsville with a more muted 7/14M range AM and DC with
gustier lighter 8/16 PM.
Weds more Grantsville planable conditions.
