Strongest wind of the day will be about 9MPH NW at Utah lake from 5 until 7.
I don't think that's enough for anything but eFoil or SUP, but I have seen downwind foilers

Tomorrow, SW planable 8/16M puffs at DC PM maybe even a little better with thermal enhancement.

Friday, Yet another DC big gear planabable day, and big gear planable at Sulfur Creek also.
