Does not look planable to me today,
Tomorrow, clouds move in, but you might get lucky in the 7/14M range at
Grantsville in the AM, and maybe gusty planable puffs at DC PM.
Saturday looks rainy and unsettled, so I'm going with no planable
conditions (at least not for more than 30 minutes at a time), but
with a bit of luck that might change at Grantsville and
DC.
