Today your best bet is 14M Kite conditions at Rush " mud puddle". And after reading Pavel
this AM I'm calling it desperation around 2 for a few hours. Mid 50s air temps. At least
the Jet Stream will support 10MPH winds at the South end of Utah Lake. If you've got
gear that you think will plane that(or you just wanna get your freestyle freak on), look
for it from 2 until 6. It will be steady sub planable wind.
Tomorrow does not look windy anywhere.
By Weds I think we'll be seeing a return to planable DC conditions.
