And not too windy. You might try desperation 9/18 at DC this afternoon as air temps hover
in the upper 40s and rain is likely. I'm still thinking snowkite (actually, I personally am thinking
ski stix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2qNB1Ie8-k ).

Tomorrow has plentiful wind at Sulfur in the 5M sail range PM, but it might have iced back up, and
air temps hit maybe 38 with rain and snow). UL with 7/14M conditions in the afternoon with air temps
in the upper 40s and sun breaks.

Friday, UL with residual North planable wind, but do you really want to sail liquid water in the snow?
