Less rain today, but still unsettled and not great for wind. DC might get some 9/18M conditions going
if the rain and clouds don't mess it up, and I expect some 8/16M North wind in the Rush valley around 3PM.
Tomorrow looks better with DC 7/14M conditions likely PM and Sulfur Creek with 7M sail conditions PM.
Thursday, DC should get a little something going late morning.
