Looks like there's some rain out there and that will mess with the wind at DC somewhat,
which is probably the only place to get wind today. Look for 8/16M very gusty conditions
if you're lucky enough to avoid the rain from 1 until 5.
Tomorrow, less rain and better potential at DC for a 7/14M PM.
Saturday does not look windy.
