9/23 Craig's Where to Kite

Dead air everywhere and backfilling high pressure usually means
a Lowe Effect 14M Kite day at Pineview from 1 until 4. If you get
out or even if you don't have a thought and remembrance for it's namesake.

Tomorrow, a weak but planable thermal PM at DC in the 9/18M range.

Monday look for 7/14M conditions on a better thermal at DC.
