So it looks like the Rain doesn't really sock in until about 5PM. That should
give you time for a few rides at Grantsville in the 6/12M range this AM, or DC
in the 7/14M range. After that it'll be pretty risky.
Tomorrow, rain clears out and it doesn't look windy.
Thursday, still not too windy.
