Finally, some wind possible. Today, Grantsville looks promising
for 6/12 M conditions until 11 AM. Then DC with 8/16M conditions 1 until 4.
Tomorrow looks like Grantsville with yet another morning of 6/12M conditions,
but DC looks iffy with maybe planable puffs in the 9/18M range.
Tuesday looks like another G-Ville kinda day, but some rain may move in and
adversely affect that.
