Grantsville in the 6/12M range (and maybe a little better) until Noon,
then DC from 1 until 4 in the 8.16M range until the clouds roll in.
I think the rain will hold off for most of the day, and air temps up at DC
will be mid 60, but...keep a weather eye out for T-heads.
Tomorrow, too much rain for any stable wind, and pretty cold.
Thursday, still not windy.
