Ul still looking like the call for 12M Kiting. If you're driving towards the lake, pick the launch that
looks most likely to stay in the sun. Best around Noon, it'll probably be good from about 11 AM till 5 PM. WIndsurfers will likely get 7M conditions at Saratoga Springs Park and PBH. Stay
warm as the high around UL will be about 65. DC has a brief shot at some gusty 7.5 11AM to about 1 PM. Sulfur will also serve up PM West wind from
Noon till dusk, but figure 48 Degree air temps and an occassional T-Head. As always with
t-storms and rain, Kiters, keep a weather eye out. Rain will be likely at some point.

Tomorrow looks like a classic Pineview Kite kinda day.

Weds looks like back to DC.
