Not much going on today. Best bet will probably be SUlfur in the PM with gusty 8.5, but DC
will probably have a few 8.5 puffs late afternoon also. There's a good chance for some
big Kite action on a North switch around the South end of UL around 4 PM.
Tomorrow and Monday look similar.
