It's still not windy, and it doesn't look windy through Weds. There's probably enough of a DC thermal available to get a few 9M puffs around 4 PM, and it'll probably be that way tomorrow.
By Weds there might be a chance for some PM Kite boarding at UL.
I'm thinking I might sneek back up to the Gorge,
