Craig's Where to Ride 10/4

Grants is up strong in the 5M range and should last till about 1 PM. DC will be up
early in the 6.5 range but will rapidly degrade to gusts and holes by 2 or 3 PM.
Mona and MM19 look like 6.5 material around 3 PM. ULSSB and Lincoln look like
12M Kites from a gusty South wind with rain, so be smart out there.

Tomorrow looks like Solid North wind at all UL launches (6.5/12), but still rainy and
cold. Some partial clearing toward evening for less rain.

Monday looks like enough residual North for Kite rides at the South end of UL.
