Wind should be good at Skyline today, expect high teens to low 20's, may be gusty and up and down at times. Surface will still be patchy. Liquid - ULSSB may go off this afternoon, but it will be on the lighter side, probably around 12 - 15. If you go take the usual precautions for cold weather, don't go alone and dress warm.
Wind looks less promising tomorrow.
