SUlfur is the call today for PM 5.5 Rides. Wait out the ocasional rain and ride small. If you don't want to drive that far after the swap, try a quicky at Grantsville, probably be 7Ms oyt there till 1 or 2. DC will light up again for 7.5/12 conditions in the standard 1 PM blow. There's still rain out there and a chance for strong gusts.
