Despite the bad pattern, there is a chance for 8.5/15M wind at DC around 2 PM today, if the t-heads
don't screw it up.
Tomorrow, there's potential for an dinner Kite sesh at UL South launches on a light but
planable North wind, take your huge Kites and maybe get lucky.
On Friday, it looks like an even better chance at Planable winds at DC, and Sulfur, with temps actually
getting back up to the sufferable range.
