Well you can snowkite today, but you will need a very small kite. PowMow will have wind in the lower to mid-forties with gusts to sixty. Skyline will have wind in the mid-thirties with gusts into the 50's. Doesn't sound like much fun to me, I would go out on the water instead.
Wednesday looks like a blizzard
Thursday the blizzard continues.
Friday is holding promise of some decent north wind riding at Skyline.
