4/7 Kenny's Where to Snowkite

A front is approaching today. Winds will be strong in the AM and diminish in the afternoon. Powder Mountain will have strong, gusty wind in the AM. Should turn into a whiteout this afternoon. Skyline looks similar, but with a tad lighter winds and a little less snow in the forecast. I would give Skyline a 60 percent chance of a whiteout. Strawberry looks like wind in the low to mid-teens at the Marina or Strawberry River. Snow in the afternoon should diminish the wind speeds somewhat and there is also a good chance for white room conditions. The bottom line is to get it early today.

Friday is looking weird with a stalled front and more snow in the forecast. There will be wind and snow, but I am hesitant to make a forecast as it will most likely change. Calling it a snow day for now...

Saturday is not promising a lot of snow or wind, but that could definitely change.
