8/31 Craig's Where to Ride

It seems quiet out there now, but South wind is coming. Grantsville has 6M conditions this AM,
and will probably hold those conditions well into the afternoon, but be much gustier later. Solid
5.5 conditions at Mona and Willard by noon and lasting until 6 or 7. 4/8M conditions at Rush from
noon to 6 if you can avoid the moss. Sulfur Creek might be your best bet for some 4.5 sail action Noon to 6. DC looking 5.5/10 ish from 11 AM until 6, but wildly gusty. Jordanelle similar to DC,
but not as gusty. It even looks like UL launches will see some 5.5 material from about 3-7, with
the best of it around the dinner hour, but Kiters beware the gusty South wind.

Tomorrow, Sulfur looks like 5.5 sails PM and steadier than today. DC looks like an 11 AM to
2 PM 6.5/12 blow, with a rapid degeneration to really gusty holey after that. Rush will have
PM 12M conditions, but may not be worth the moss induced effort, and the best bet, will be
UL South launches, for some pretty good North wind starting around 2 PM and getting steadier
and stronger in the 6/12M range around the dinner hour. Don't forget it will be cooler mid 70s
air you'll be riding in.
