It's still cold, there's still rain and snow, and there's not a lot of wind out there. South winds
prevail just enough to maybe get WIllard going in the 7.5/14M range mid day, and DC in the same
range late afternoon, but it won't be great, and you might face snow and low 40s air temps.

Tomorrow planable North winds at Rush and UL, with survivable max air temps in the low 50s if
you have a drysuit. Look for 14M conditions PM at Rush, and 6.5/12M conditions PM at UL
launches with Saratoga Springs park favored for Windsurfing, and Lincoln Beach favored for
Kite boarding. There might be some sun breaks by late afternoon.

Sunday, a slight warming trend should get DC going PM for a couple of hours of 7.5/14.
