I'm debating where to go today.
The options are either head up to Skyline for the mid/late afternoon (looking at the webcams it does appear to be clear for now, inspite of forecast) or head to ULLB late afternoon/evening (the cold won't bother me). Anyone have any thoughts or is heading to either location?

Headed out to skyline now. ULLB is still a possibility if skyline doesn't work out...
