8) Out of town on a work related trip, but had Sunday off to take advantage of the fringe of hurricane Rita. Nice launch on the leeward side of a narrow isthmus separating the tumultuous gulf from a relatively calm sound. It was good to be sailing again. 90 degree air with 86 degree water. No sharks in sight.
