As often happens when there's a North wind on the Wasatch Front, DC served up gusts from the SW. Up and down, but definitely sailable; 7.2m^2 worked pretty well paired with HS96 and later F155. Nobody around, hence small but very clean swell. Very enjoyable session from 1-4, when the wind suddenly dropped.

Jim, how about Sunday?

Hey, I was wondering if Sunday blew at DC. Just academic curiosity with a NW upper air in attendance. Got any data?

I was out of town, but I do have some data. The wind was out of the SW, what there was of it.

My current theory is that DC only blows from the North when the upper level flow has an Easterly component.
