I had an appointment in Utah county yesterday afternoon and, as any good kiter should, had my gear in the car. The flags were going the right way and the meters were heating up so I went for it. Got to the beach about 3:00 and the kiteable north wind kept ramping up as I got my gear set up. Was lit on 14m (probably should've been on 12) until the building thunder storm to the south shut everything down. All-in I got about 3 hours in.
The Gainers (and little Gainer), Tyler, Pete, Mark and Jake all got there at the tail end of it. Pepe showed up in time to help us put our kites away. But he declined the invitation, turned around and drove off....
