The Holiday weekend was over so it could finally blow. Started off typical Sulfur; 10 mph wind and Dennis coming in with his 7.6 saying he just got pounded pretty good, that the wind lines were getting stronger. Rigged 6.0/85L in strong wind line, then saw lull, rigged 115L, put wetsuit on, saw even bigger lull, rigged 7.0, long lull, rigged 135L, wind came back up. Typical Sulfur; 2 sails and 3 boards before I even touched the water. I ended up sailing the 7.0 and the screaming 115L S-type from 2:00 to 5:30 with no complaints. Wild ripping rides coupled with an occasional lull, perfect conditions for Sulfur. Only the 3rd sesh since the Gorge in July and I needed it. 5 sailors showed up for the fun. The water temperature is already dropping and lots of leaves are changing color; I had better find my Steamer.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
